Oh my WORD. Ciera and Justin are MARRIED and I am so excited to share their wedding on the blog today! Their Fall wedding at The Saratoga Springs NC was literally a perfect day!

I had the pleasure of meeting Justin and Ciera in April for their engagement session! I knew from the get-go that Ciera had a great attention to detail. Their session was amazing and their photos captured so much of their love together. We spent a gorgeous afternoon at the Greensboro Arboretum. Fall Wedding at the Saratoga Springs NC

I’ve had the pleasure of chatting with Ciera over the last few months about her big wedding plans. What we didn’t plan for was Hurricane Ian! Ciera and Justin were originally supposed to have their wedding at the beautiful Gray Stone Pines but the hurricane threw a wrench in the game! Fortunately, Patty, the venue owner is super tight with The Saratoga Springs NC (they’re fam!). She was able to arrange a last minute venue move since there was an opening! A fall wedding at the Saratoga springs NC was a go!

We lucked out BIG time because the majority of the effects of the hurricane subsided and there was even a few rays of sunshine for the ceremony!

The Saratoga Springs NC Wedding Venue

There is no shortage of beautiful photo opportunities at The Saratoga Springs NC. The unique getting ready spaces and huge floor to ceiling windows made for some stunning bridal portraits. I especially loved the ceremony space at The Saratoga Springs NC. At ceremony time the sun sits behind the space letting in the BEST backlit glow. And if you know me – you know I love me some GLOW.

Wedding highlights 

A few special moments I loved – 

• I loved sharing the day with Ciera and her sister! The girls were hilarious and beautiful together. The Maid of Honor speech was so heartfelt and touching. Bonus points for dance moves!
• I loved Justin’s dad and best man, Mickey! You’ll spot him throughout the blog super stoked to celebrate the big day!
• I love the ways the Ciera and Justin honored loved ones that they wanted to keep close that day. I know how important it was to keep Ciera’s mom close and you can peep that on her gorgeous bouquet.
• I also loved the subtle ways they celebrated their personalities! A transformer cake topper? Yes, please! Ciera’s attention to detail was second to none and it was stunning!

Ciera and Justin’s wedding is always going to be special for me because guess what? They were the first couple to ever trust me with their wedding photography! They are my first booking ever and I am so grateful for their trust and to share their celebration with the world!
